Refund policy

Due to the custom made nature of our items, returns will only be accepted in the case of defective items. We will generally attempt to replace the damaged item, however, a return can be processed if we are unable to correct the issue. All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.

Please note that before any return can be processed, the following information must be sent to us for verification:

1. Name and Order Number 
2. Date item received 
3. Photo of damaged item

Returns will not be processed for items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear.
